BVTK will not qualify for any government acquisition....which is why they have never been awarded anything in the many years Cellucci (and his supposed gov connections) have been connected to BVTK.

Toms had years to sell things to the govt and cant sell anything even with multiple sales alliances with other companies.

So that should tell you Tom doesnt know hot to sell anything except shares of stock and dilution!
