Make believe numbers and the make believe world has been going on since October 2019! Everything is in the 10K for you to review. The numbers are there. I will let you know what is real and what is fantasy numbers. JMHO

Unfortunately, GCAN has decided to omit all references to this fiasco in their long list of little blue reference links at the bottom of the recent 10-K. We have to go back to the S-1A to find the references.

The reference I am referencing to involves the FREE $675K note/share sale with 2% interest and a 33% discount (75% of market) detailed $675K times 1.33333 (or divided by the 75% conversion rate) is $900K and the 2% interest makes it $918K.

The omission of this all important reference got me when I said the note was over a year old and matured. NOT SO. The note only 6 months old and EMET has ZERO rights of conversion for another 6 months.
