We'll get the proposed capital rule next month then we'll see a timeline for GSEs to raise any shortfall after they're up listed and released from conservatorship under a consent decree probably allowing at least two years to meet any shortfall. Common owners will approve any changes to SS post conservatorship. Government warrants may not be exercised as a result of the SPS being overpaid. 30bil overpayment will be returned to the GSEs in some form along with retained earnings totaling over 50bil today so any capital raise necessary will likely be much less than the largest in history as touted by fake MSM news.
