Hype preceding what should be good fundamentals sends them up. Most of the time the hype ends up being unwarranted and the big runners crash, but with PCTL there is actually something substantive beneath the excitement. If anything, we have yet to make our big move because we are more grounded in reality than most OTC plays. Everyone is evaluating it like a legit company instead of a flaky pump and dump, so we trade accordingly.
