I totally agree without question, why on earth did the Brazilians NOT expose GDSI and Delgado for the fraud scam they really are ? It would have been so simple, so easily to prove, but one must assume they have another path for their security. There are a plethora of ways to avoid this judgement. I don’t see a Brazilian court awarding anything to a US scam penny stock fraud. If arson is listed in the LaCoste, Texas fire, Bilky won’t have any time on his hands to play with GDSI OR ECGS, as his total attention will have to be defending himself and the other executives from criminal prosecution, should ( not insinuating) evidence lead down that path, IMO.
