No argument from me about how things stood last April. Obviously the Navy would know what they were contracting to get. And I will say again that the logic of a rebid to the Navy is very compelling. I am totally invested in that. Why have a MAC if not to accommodate TMPS?
Photos from a Cessna flyover last August confirm that the 6 Tristars were still there, look ok (but that doesn't say a lot) and it even seems like work vehicles and equipment were nearby.
It would be darn decent for TMPS to confirm that they still have a business plan of some description. The stock price might double if they just say, "We still own planes and are seeking to find the right use for them." But for them, that's way too promotional.
