Unfortunately unless the SEC goes after him with an administrative action before an ALJ and is able to impose a “ban” penalty...he can ply his trade with another stinkie pinkie if he jumps from BVTK....
...although his “reputation” will precede him...and his critics will now doubt follow ;-)
