that if they got dirt on each other they can get their price. LVVV wanted the Preferred A shares, and it looks like Tony (acting as President) went behind everyone's back when they weren't looking and designated the Preferred B's. It certainly looks fishy, plus they had audit troubles.

Now OTC filings show Tony was Interim CEO and sole director ending Q1, but for some reason the next year Bob filed with Texas as President and Tony was not listed as a director.

Looks like the feud goes back a while. The designation of the B's wasn't mentioned in the Q2 filing.
