On March 31, 2020 the Patent for Psoriasis and other skin conditions was issued (see my stickie). We were discussing whether they should have, could have, and will in the future.
There's another 1-3 applications nearing Allowance.
Then there is the ongoing belief that buyout talks are on the table, or JV, or patent licensing because they need money to fund their Phase 2 Psoriasis study which was scheduled for Q3 2019, and future MM trials under the Orphan Drug rules that provide cost reductions.
Speculation is rampant and so is the retail interest in this stock with a nice IP lineup.
Since Menlo Therapeutics failed in their clinicals for their Psoriasis patent and they merged with Foamix, the company that Hirsch chaired for years, they seem a likely suitor if they want in on cannabis-based prescription medicine.
Lots of possibilities here. We do know the value is more than .024 cents per share.
