$OPTI has been moving up on low volume, bigger days only $30 grand or so. When news comes in, volume will blow up L2.

Just because they have not come out with the news right away some wasn’t to loose their patience. People it takes time for it to grow pink current was a big move but much more good things to come that’s just the beginning
