I believe strongly in Nader. He has an old school way of doing business, reminds me of my dad, may not convey the words right but gets the job done. I think he gets info from the FDA and passes it on to shareholders withholding the key word " pending". I feel the delays are not Nader but the red tape and other matters beyond his control.
