Cannabis markets not hot for a long time, but money talks and BS walks. So is this BS or Money. It's got me thinking it's $$$$$ and not BS so I'm going to try and get a $500 starter position at 0.0028's tomorrow if I can! A long time ago I learned to never jump in all at once so that I can always average down if it drops. Just a note to self this is my 2nd post on this board and the following count is 392. As the news gets closer to recognized revenues . We can put a value on Sgmd made . June 15 Is when Sgmd will announce earnings . If Sgmd can recognize just $ 1 million and talks About future growth being at 10 percent month over month same store sales . Then we can trade 10x price to sales . Right now Sgmd trades at about 1/2 times sales if revenues are at 4 million a year . Sgmd projection from Sacramento are 20 million . Sgmd rev Will be 8 million a year . Now Sgmd trades at 1/4 times sales . Expect Sgmd to exercise the option to buy up to 70 percent of budcars . Now Sgmd is trading at 1/7 times sales . Once revenue is recognized of at least 1 mil this quarter 4x sales is not asking for much . Gives Sgmd a price target of 1 cent . If revenues are 2 mil then growth is extremely fast and Sgmd Can get a higher Price to sales multiple . 2 or 3 cent . Buyout the options 4 to 6 cents .
This will only happen as we get closer to June 15 unless The news flow continues positive and acquisitions . Sgmd does have a lot of potential But I can name one other that has just as much potential . Grwg . Hydroponic company . Bit that's for another day .
Right now with Sgmd potential 1/4 times sales is way to cheap. Zero speculation . Price says Sgmd will go out of business . It's a easy 8 x bagger once revenues are recognized . All becomes the truth and Jimmy Redeems himself . By June 15 we can start looking forward to Election Day With 9 states on the ballot . Just more opportunity ! More speculation and cannabis Stocks should start to preform over the summer .
