they likely won't be selling that much. that is a max #.. they need the public float to be $15M to qualify for NYSE. so as price goes up they need to sell less shares to qualify for NYSE.

from the Bloomberg article it seems that once we get past Covid and all the revenue streams are flowing they could be profitable on what they have already put together. and you know there is much growth ahead!
