Not necessarily. We don't know the details. It could worse and probably is. The investors didn't force QMC to start a new company, QMVT, because it would be better for the longs. Obviously, it's better for the investors which means it's worse (more dilutive) for us.

2)The lawsuits from the predatory lender and other factors put QMC on the Pink.

No. QMC not filing put QMC on the pinks. That's the only reason they are on the pinks.
