Other than if QMC does it it must be a "smart move." There isn't enough information at the moment to be able to draw any conclusion, pro or con.

Disagree, smart move considering the times.

You'd think that after a dozen years of being wrong about absolutely everything related to this stock, you at least wait until you had some information before declaring something we know almost nothing about a "smart move."
