I didn't see the SEC correspondence about the Form 15 filing:

"The SEC informed the company that the filing in 2007 was inaccurate and inappropriate due to the fact that Access Power, INC had more than 300 shareholders at the time."

Can you post the SEC letter that verifies your claim?
