I do and I know this scam.

pop in volume obviously means there were buyers in order to even have dilution

Pop in volume can also mean the company released shares to note holders to cover the note or there is a PnD coming up and the shares were released to the promoters in which case their shares sell before anybody elses. This is a big game to scam people out of their money period.
