David Lazar was paid handsomely for this shell. He is now gone and has nothing to do with LICH as per the latest filing. The OCB* ticker was purchased from Lazar by the same person who purchased IDA* which was hit by a nasty 1000:1 R/S... I was caught in it, so I know about it. None of these people, have anything to do with LICH. We are under the expert guidance of Mr. John Lowy. LICH is on a whole different level now. Glta

Next catalyst will be the filing of Nevada SOS. They do need to bring in something of value and get the share count settled. Still a bottom play for believers.
