That's what certain people want you to believe. If you go back and re-read my posts, you'll see that most of them doubt what other people here are saying about the company. That being said, I do have certain doubts and I do think the non-filing is unacceptable.
As for the patents, like everyone else here, I have no idea if they protect what the company is doing. Les Paull seems to think they have value. He undoubtedly knows a lot more about it than I do.
