The interim CEO has got caught up on filings and it’s now Pink Current!

Extinguished debt and there are no convertible notes, nor plans for any reverse splits!

Yeah, the part about them stiffing their creditors by waiting out FL's statute of limitations was left out. They didn't "extinguish" anything, this company has always been a scam and still is.
