I beIieve most of the oustanding shares can be bought on the cheap since such a Iarge percentage of the sharehOIders are more or Iess cIueIess and wouId be happy to seII their shares for for instance 30 cents per share.

However, another poster did some DD about this question and found that a few peopIe associated with our company have supervoting shares making a hostiIe takeover impossibIe unIess is accepted by the owners of the supervoting shares.
