Cross your fingers that this project is not on some ne’er- do-well’s radar who has nothing better to do than take a shot at it just to put a feather in their cap. If I understand this right, the timeline could be extend by granting a hearing upon another 30 day notice. There is an IF (see below) which to me means IF. Hopefully the Keystone pipeline will be enough to keep em distracted.

“During this period the applicant, or any interested person or group of persons, may request or petition the Director for a public hearing. The request must be in writing and state the nature of the issues to be raised and all arguments and factual grounds supporting their position. If a public hearing is granted by the Director, the hearing will be advertised by public notice at least 30 days prior to the hearing.”
