geez...ok, let me walk you through it. With a little DD, you could actually easily find this yourself...

Straight from the PennyStocks.com website:

"The website located at http//www.PennyStocks.com (the Website) is owned by MIDAM Ventures, LLC., a Florida corporation."

Full text:

Who owns and controls the website located at https://PennyStocks.com?

The website located at http//www.PennyStocks.com (the Website) is owned by MIDAM Ventures, LLC., a Florida corporation. The Website, its owner, affiliates, control persons, directors, officers, employees and agents are hereafter collectively referred to as the “Publisher”, “we”, “us” or “ours”.

What do we do?

We are paid advertisers, also known as stock touts or stock promoters who disseminate favorable information (the “Information”) about publicly traded companies (the “Profiled Issuers”).

How is the Information published?

We publish the Information on the Website, in newsletters, audio, and live interviews featured reports message boards and email communications for specific time periods that are agreed upon between us and the Profiled Issuer. Our publication of the Information is known as a “Campaign”.

Will everyone receive the Information at the same time?

No. The Information may be sent to potential investors at different times that are minutes, hours, days or even weeks apart.

So, we're paying them $250K for about 3 months (83 days) of work:

On April 7, 2020 the Issuer entered into an engagement letter with Midam Ventures, LLC, an arm’s length party to the Issuer (“Midam”), pursuant to which Midam will provide business advisory and consulting services to the Issuer. The agreement shall be from April 8, 2020 to June 30, 2020

In other words, we're paying MIDAM $3000 a day to report all of the upcoming good and get more eyeballs on us and shareholders involved.

The news they reported today on PennyStocks.com is my definition of "getting our money's worth".
If Algernon is successful and Midam continues to aggressively get our name out there, the $250K they are being paid will be equivalent to a rounding error.

Hope this helps.
