I think it's a given that there will be another reverse split and ticker symbol change at some point, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Govils decide it’s time to go forward with this scam under a new name, too. There are lots of ways they could do it, e.g., use “Vicon”, merge with Ducon and call the con something new, buy another company and continue shenanigans under that name, etc. The point is that calling the scam “Cemtrex” going forward is a huge liability. They really need to hide the company’s past, and the best way to do that is to get shares registered with the SEC under a new company name, symbol, and cusip number. Most people only know the basic info about this scam’s origin. They don’t know that Cemtrex (under the symbol CTEX) did a 1 for 25 reverse split in 2007 and moved forward under the symbol CTEI. Here is a post that is very indicative of the general feeling that Arun Govil’s victims at the time had for him.
Most people don’t know that CTEI did a 1 for 6 reverse split and began trading under a new cusip number on April 15, 2015 in preparation for its uplisting to the NASDAQ CM Exchange. It said the ticker symbol “will remain unchanged”.
Of course, the scam continued unabated in its tried and true formula to the present day. So, is a reverse split somewhere on the horizon? Definitely. What about a new ticker symbol? Uh huh. Would the Govils consider changing the company’s name, also? I don’t see why not. It’ a common tactic of penny stock scams, and the Govils are nothing but common penny stock scamsters.
Saagar just signed up for a six month promotion. You can decide if it's time to trade this POS again. It's abundantly clear that he's taken my advice on moving away from the SmartDesk ruse and will be pumping the AR/VR ruse.
