Sad as it is, you have to remember that this was not a retirement community. It was not even an assisted living arrangement.
These people needed a lot of care and we far from well. So, I'd imagine even one infected worker, who felt fine for the first two weeks, could have spread the virus to a whole bunch of people.
That said, this place should be closed as it seems clear that they probably waited way too long to institute some new safety procedures. Their record is awful.
I pray God takes me before I ever have to go to a place like that.
