Not even $2 and the irrational exuberance is already through the roof.

Every time this occurs, $FNMA's price drops significantly shortly thereafter.

Let's refrain from high-fiving each other until we're at least back to the February price ;-)

Not to mention, the large majority of us Average Joes are still down :-(
