Steeldog, my broker was there and he said that TKO being in Gov't catalog was necessary for EDS and Homeland to use TKO's product. They have the contract with EDS and Homeland Security not Navy and have installed at least 3 Airports and he believes also installations with EDS. Hope this helps. Also there is news out on New Jersey which Ron talked about at the meeting and it will be statewide.

Tim, I am home and have been monitoring this board, and yahoo. Did I read correctly that you sold your shares?

Chaos, the post that was deleted was the joke re: the nativity scene, and although I am all for humore, religious humore somehow isn't acceptable to most people....it has nothing to do with you personally, as it is obvious you 'have snap', as they say...you have contributed so much good to this board. No one is angry with anyone (except for one person who is angry all the time, it seems), everyone is just frustrated as heck!

All: I still hold shares in TKO, but am not looking for the big rise in pps, as many stated/hoped there would be, in the next week or two. Now that is based on my own 'inner self', my perceptions, my intuitions, the 'feelings' I got when putting voice, face, affect, et al together. A lot can be discerned from the way a person stands, sits, walks, and facial expressions. Words are simply words--and that is all they are. It is how those words are delivered and received that tell what is being stated. When I 'hear a person speaking', I actually listen to the "whole being"...innuendo often says more than the words that are stated. And I look beyond the bravado.

Believe it or not, I have been told that I post too much, because I have an illness called 'talking too much'...hahahahaha...but I focus on "listening" too.

The tension on this board, IMO, is understandable and expected. I don't fault anyone for being frustrated about the events in the past year or so. I too, am disappointed that events have not occured in a timely manner...but rather than express my frustration to the board, I chose to allow myself the opportunity to see if I was wrong, by reading what others had to say.

I agree with someone who posted somewhere, that TKO should have hired a consultant to guide them through the government procedures, for instance. I find it frustrating that there have been so many 'hiccups' along the way. Those hiccups have uncovered a lack of solid planning....as though movement is 'by the seat of the pants' whichever way the wind blows.

This technology is a great idea, however....I just was not convinced that it will be moving the stock in a drastic way this year..that is just my gut feeling. Now...if GE were to announce that it was taking TKO with it to India in 2007..I might change my mind.

I would estimate there were 12-15 people at the meeting.

I am not sure I agree with your post that being on a gov't schedule somehow indicates anything other than it will be easier for other gov't agencies to get the gear. I will agree with your comment that TKO is only a potential supplier, as that is the case with any gov't contract unless it is a sole source award. Every is just a candidate.

I think I explained in my notes that, on the airport deal, TKO gear is what is technically specified, maybe not be name, but by technical spec. Again, this does not mean TKO gear is the sole source, but this will make the path exponentially easier than what was encountered on the NCMI deal for reasons explained in my meeting notes.

Not sure if that answers your question, but that is my perspective.
