If old management team could have released the products that they were demoing these deals with all these companies you listed might have all come true.

Remember there was a third party company that does investigating companies for fraud and they testified in court that MDLG didn’t do anything wrong..

It just seems to me if you took over a company and they were demoing products you would try to capitalize on that for the shareholders to start see revenue.

The new management team seems to be engorging the product that was released and the products that were about to be released from the old management team so they can justify the hostile take over.

Again my opinion but, I believe it is the hostile take over that is causing the down fall of the company.

MDLG sold plane tickets, parachuted away...

MDLG burned $6mil in investor dollars, then sold another $20mil in airfare and burned thru half of that.

Then, thru MDLG’s actions, he caused the company to “dump” $4-5mil in legal fees.

When enough “passengers” had seen enough, they booted him out of the captains’ seat.

When new mgmt assessed the “cockpit”, they realized that the plane, engines, and “destinations” were not attainable.
