15 days is the standard for the annual filings. Covid delays apply on top of that. They would have a stop sign on otcmarkets if this wasn’t the case. And since they’re still pink current no one is selling me any cheap shares :(.

$CMGO We are currently working on finishing up our audit of 2018/2019 and are simultaneously finishing the preparation of our Form 10. The SEC has extended the deadline for filing until May 15th. We believe we will be finished long before then, more than likely April 15th.
