We have entered into a number of promissory notes, some of which are in default as of September 30, 2019, or went into default before the filing of this Quarterly Report (See Note 6 to the financial statements).

In addition, we have insufficient common stock reserves for the convertible notes we have outstanding, which places each note into default.
