I actually doubt there will be any further action by the SEC....administratively or criminally via DOJ referral.
Would be nice...but Tommy Boy never really went far enough to trigger that type of thing...at least as far as we know.
Nope...this will go to the grey market and die there.
The only hope for some who are caught...although the amount of stock in the market $ wise was small so it won’t be many, is if a broker dealer goes to OTCM and tries to get this on the “Expert Market”...which is still technically grey...but allows MM to share quotations between themselves privately using OTC Link. That might allow some volume...but not for long...and the note holders who were holding stock at the time of the suspension would use it to sell sell sell.
