The only problem is AS = 6.5 B instead of AS = 1.5 B

Plenty of shares to Dilute on Shareholders when Real Estate will be dead for this year and beyond... so management can survive on such a dilution while shareholders are as always Screwed in the meantime ... of course nothing new about the typical way of operating as most OTC' stocks do!!!1
