The company has over $11,000,000 cash on hand. I think their latest filing was almost $12 million cash on hand.

They are paying Purplebee’s/Mesa $2.4 million cash plus shares. Then mdcl gets access to their profitable bank account of cash that’s been accumulating since they were created.

I think then they are going to pay Los Sueños. Their deal is for $2.3 million cash plus shares and get access to that cash.

Colorado Harvest is for $4 million cash plus shares.

Canyon is for $2.5 million cash plus shares.

That’s $11.2 million cash. They then have access to the cash in the bank of these companies.
