Going to the Grey Market is automatic after 4 trading days of no trades. OTCMarkets already has ARYC down as Grey Market. It's a given.

To get off the Grey Market ARYC will need to find a MM willing to file a 211. The MM and FINRA will need the two years (2018,2019) audited financials.

I doubt VERY much that will ever happen. Those would incriminate the lot of'em.
