Well we cant answer that truthfully, because if we say YES then we will be asked "where" and we cant answer that and if we tell the truth and say NO then that is not a PRED Positive reply …… So we cant give a straight answer on that one. We would rather questions like that concerning PRED would not be asked,

Good question, hasn't sufficient time passed that tests should be in distributors hands and on their way to end users? Another order being placed? Or have the Chinese decided to go directly to distributor, cut out unneeded middleman? Or, perhaps Chinese got better offer from other country?

Not much point in calling investor relations guy, he is PR hack whose job is to put best face on situation, and if no good news then to present no face! Not to pick on Pred, at least in this instance, 99% of all company investor relations people are cheerleaders.
