Luckin Coffee has tangible assets including 4,500 locations and a brand that rivals Starbucks

Not to mention that their "accurate" revenues, when presented, would fair value the company well north of $5/share

Taking the company PRIVATE is a very plausible option, as is a corporate bidding war leading to a complete buy out/merger.
