I am somewhat hopeful and think it is logical that there will be an effort to drive SP through PR before going to the R/S route for a run at uplisting and it seems rational that you'd plan to have this PR start that climb.

With workers being furloughed (hard to understand to what extent) and the reporting out of Vietnam generally being good relative to Covid, it is likely we get additional good news on the manufacturing side in the next several weeks followed by delivery news in the next few months to potential customers. Another PR with Polartec (or Milliken overall) would be well-timed soon, for example, given that the KBLB PR is still present on their website.
