'Jam'- First "Welcome" to the board I hope your time here will be fulfilling for that would bode us all well! I am in most agreement with you! But,if you have been lurking about for some time, then you will know that some of us have been here for a fair bit of time and a little frustration has set in! You must admit, that most likely their has been some 'cloak and dagger' activity combined with some what of a shell game! This has made some wary and many have left this board with a loss and ill feelings. But that aside, as much as I disdain the 'suspicious activity', I have accepted that this may very well may be what we have to endure as PBLS evolves from the almost 'eternal damnation' of a 'pink' as it lurches forward towards our desired transparency and future up listing! Jambamboo it appears that you are not only new to this board,but to ANY board, given that you were just born last week. Your post is good IMO, but who are you?

Jambamboo; You are sooo right! I have spoken to both Ron Blackburn and Mike Mulshine and am very impressed with them both. They are ethical and honest and have some exceptional business practices, like retaining key people and doing business with like-minded people, not just "anything for a buck" type strategy!

Jam, I'm not asking for weekly updates. I'm asking for management to run the company like PROFESSIONALS. The first responsibility of a publicly held company is to its OWNERS, the SHAREHOLDERS. The goal of a publicly held company is to maximize long run SHARE VALUE. How do you know how much each share is really worth if you don't know the number of shares outstanding? Professionaly run companies don't hide the number of shares outstanding from the OWNERS of the company, the SHAREHOLDERS.
