Look what I found, Richard Barber is part of the old LIGA management (before Marvin Baker & current management took over in 2017) he owns somewhere between 25-50% of Glendale Securities; a known dirty player in the OTC world. There is no telling the manipulation power of an owner of a firm like Glendale, while previously running LIGA. Does anyone else have any thoughts, info or input.
