I have been in my fair share of them but never on a nasdaq listed stock. I am of the opposite mindset. I want this to begin trading ASAP but they should have already addressed the shareholders. Some people bought this at forty plus dollars. They should show some decency and address us even if they don’t want to address the nasdaq. Remember they had 611 million shares or something around that number taken from them after they defaulted on a 500 million dollar margin loan. If they don’t address the concerns relating to the halt they will be delisted and we will be screwed big time. Nobody investing in a nasdaq listed stock expects to be halted for weeks under no circumstances. This is not the pink sheets.
