Dude get a grip. Ur panicking over absolutely nothing. Where are you getting your numbers? Oh, I forgot..."rainman"...LOL. There's just over 100M shares outstanding and roughly 50M warrants. NOTHING about the warrants are realized UNTIL their called up in the real world. All the over evaluating of warrants and options is a bunch of BS. Concentrate on what is happening in the now. Management is getting after it. That's why you're here. You're making your investment a lot harder than it needs to be.

Adding up is easy to see and cost to do Trials — Probably a different cost when talking Coronavirus Treatment

15.8M Buying Nash — Insiders dealing themselves shares
24.8M Private Placement in November to Fund 1st Trial - IPF
18.5M Private Placement in February to Fund 2nd look towards - Cough
4.7M Options in February for setting up the 2 Placements and Paper Filed for Trials with Cash now $2.5M CAD gained for Trials

Now comes Coronavirus and another look for more Trials

But the other two Trials will take the back seat to Coronavirus and Money is there already with Insiders Buying 13M Warrants for another $1.5M CAD — $4M now on the Books for Trials with $250K Cash Gave for help with Investors Information rather than Diluting Shareholders or themselves

The Coronavirus push has also gained a well deserved second round of Option gave @ .29 AGN for another 4.55M Shares Hold to their collection (JMO)

I think there’s probably less than 41M in the Float even tho all except the last Placement of 18.5M could be trading but believe it’s 27M BTHCF Holders and about 17M extra from BullRun traders wanting back their flip

Take my word for it. You're worrying about nothing and you will be flipped inside out over numbers that don't and won't even matter in a matter of months. The only thing that matters over the next few months is getting human clinical trial results out of South Korea. If you go back and listen to the most recent BioPub video, START @ 1:25:00 MINUTE MARK , management painstakingly explains all an investor needs to know regarding the game plan, timeline AND how to execute your trade IF you actually listen to and comprehend what is being said. It's painful to watch how management goes above and beyond the call of duty to explain this stuff and we collectively still don't get it. Having said that, that will parlay into my next post. Good luck flipping and tripping all over BS numbers.
