Take a look at the PR that states they will protect against dilution...so I believe they should not increase the O/S anymore!!!
"Furthermore, company management will look to prevent dilution as a protection for its company and shareholders. Additional share reductions are being examined, and may occur in the near future as the company mulls over retiring some more outstanding common stock. "

Buuddhaman, how then, do you explain this that I received regarding dilution:

xxxxxxxxxxx,

I am being 100% upfront with you. No one I know is selling stock, its crazy to think that someone would at this level. I cannot explain this. Seriously, I am at a loss for words as to whats happening. We will put out PR;s but they have be real. That will take place in a few days.

Also, there is a very strange trading pattern, there was lot of buying that barely moved the price and then there was light selling that dropped it. So there is more going on then meets the eye. The company is trying to do something about this.

How can you deny dilution in this stock? If it is not the company, is it the IR company (you) or the new attorneys or the BOD shares that are being released and sold. The stock is being driven to zero very quickly. 12+mil shares SOLD today indicate pure dilutive selling and nothing else. The proof is in the numbers and the volume is increasing everyday on extreme selling. Please be honest and admit to who is selling. Which entity is responsible, and why won't the company release news to combat the demise of its stock?

Thank you,
