Couldn't agree with you more! Share structure is beautiful (float could be smaller, but I'll take it with only 50mil O/S and no sign of dilution anytime soon) and is a clean shell. A lot of OTC/pink traders like to say their shell is clean, but this one is best I've ever seen for most part:

and like you said 15-12 filer so no risk of sec suspension.
This thing is just waiting for an excellent reverse merger. And .05 would be a conservative estimate imho, many successful R/M's go on to achieve a market cap of 10mil, some exceptional ones even go on to 25m and I've even seen 50m before...that would put us at 0.10 - 0.20 range. Just need to be patient and willing to wait the months or even few years before something happens.
All imho, but definitely within the realm of possibility. GLTA
