Are you insane? This is the worst deal Imi. The history of business...it was never done before where a company paid $300 million to acquire another company yet the transaction is illegal. Never before has a deal been structured like this one. In that basis alone it tells any sensible person that something ain’t right here....the proof is in the pudding as the price has dropped in excess of 95% from the high created by the announcement of the deal. That sir is unprecedented. There is no secret here
