My speculation about Mr Jensen is simple and positive. NeoMedia wants to bring in a young, hip CEO, for the new great launch and ramp up period, and Mr Jensen may not want any other position in the company, and be ready to retire.

ss9173, well said. Quite some news today. Today's corp. world, being an CEO has to be Creative, Innovative and Motivated. Then the market look at your "Results". For examples, Aggressive like Oracle CEO-Larry(buyout PeopleSoft), or Creative like Steve (create iPod. to save Apple). It's too late to point the fingers now.

Let's look at the bright side and tomorrow is always a brighter day. JMHO
