It is interesting why Scanbuy decided to PR the CEO announcement now - some 8 months later. It could be that they wanted to PR the new funding and just tacked on the CEO with that announcement (seems like a poor excuse but that's about all I could come up with).

Just getting that level of funding reiterates that Scanbuy is a force to be reckoned with. Unless Neom has reached a settlement with them that is just waiting to be approved by the attorneys and PR'ed in the near future. Neom is in dire need for cash so it wouldn't surprise me that they would be a little less greedy in what they wanted in terms of a settlement. We will just have to wait and see. Interesting times these past few weeks and I would suspect will continue over the next few months. Seems like the Neom BOD has really developed a sense of urgency to turn things around...albeit, survival-mode.
