Well the NASDAQ has not delisted them yet and if they are forgoing that decision until the company releases the required documents, then why should they delist? The halt just continues

It’s definitely starting to look worse and worse for us. The company hasn’t said a peep to shareholders and we are going on the 2nd week of the halt now. The nasdaq has limitations to how long they can take to respond so we will get delisted if these idiots don’t do something soon.
