Actually, "soon" doesn't have to be soon.

I know of one OTC company (and I'm sure there are many) who said they would be filing fins "soon". They did finally file a 10-K but it was about 14 months late. The next report that was coming "soon" was a 10-Q. That turned out to be 17 months late.

So yeah, "soon" can mean many different things to many different people. Just have to wait and see what "soon" means to MVNT.

P.S. I no longer worry about when MVNT's fins will be released. Now I just follow the trading to try and pick up clues to where their stock price might be heading.

I think the moral of this story is that "soon" can mean anything the user wants it to be, i.e., meaningless.
