Interesting, looks as if the players involved are going for one big super sell dump before this gets suspended. I am sure they think they can make way more in a day or two with the dumps then by holding onto this company. If they get fined so what. They will make $10s of millions while it is trading from this PR.

On or about January 15, 2003, the Commission advised the Registrant that it was conducting an informal investigation into potential violations of the securities laws. As part of that informal investigation, the Registrant has voluntarily agreed to produce documents concerning certain items, including documents pertaining to vFinance Investments, vFinance, Inc., David Stefansky, Richard Rosenblum, Marc Siegel, Boat Basin Investors LLC, and Papell Holdings, Ltd., all of which have threatened litigation against the Registrant and have filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the company. The Registrant has agreed to cooperate fully with the Commission and is producing all documents called for on a voluntary basis.

Rosenblum is the head of Rethink My Healthcare.

Rosenblum is running the scam/con called MyHealth, which despite being smaller than my local coin-op car wash joint, is supposedly per the $WORX scam PR today, is going to produce $10's and $10' of MILLIONS in supposed "purchase orders" to the cons/pals back at $WORX !

These cons go way, waaaaay back then- it's a serial scam ring. All the same names running a new scam and it's COVID, which the FEDS are going to prosecute with total brutality they've stated over and over.

Beautiful- the NY SEC office and the NY state's attorney will instantly "know" what to do with this amazing info- they'll get it to the DOJ, but I can also forward it to a contact there also, just in case.
