You think they are lying in the document and there were shares converted? They do have the ability to pay the principle down as well. The outstanding principle is only $245,594 less than the issuance. They could have paid some of it back in cash. I prefer to believe filed documents than wild speculation. GLTY sir, you may be right, this may never recover, but then again it might. No one has a crystal ball.
